We stayed here for a weekend whilst attending a family wedding, and I actually couldn’t fault this place. There was no negatives only positives. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and provide an excellent standard of service from check in, to the restaurant, to checking out. The food was absolutely scrumptious and reasonably priced. I have read a few reviews saying the food service is slow, but i actually think that Banyers House are allowing the guest to relax and enjoy the warm atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and unique. They provide everything you could possibly need from GHD’s to sewing kits and ooze comfort. Banyers House deserves a 5 star! We will return
Read MoreWhat a wonderful surprise to find such a comfortable place for a late meal in a hurry. We had intended to dine in another restaurant, but unfortunately (or fortunately for us) it had closed early. We had an elderly lady with us to please so we thought that it was going to be difficult. Not a bit of it! She was delighted that she could have roast beef with all her favourite vegetables. The beef was done to perfection and there was plenty of it. She even got her favourite prawns, although not as a cocktail. We all had three courses each, everyone excellent.
