Whether you’re planning to catch up with friends over a three-course dinner or drinks and nibbles, treat yourself to something a little different when you join us at Banyers House.
With an integrated music system, a ‘call for service’ button and heating control to set the temperature, you’re in control whilst enjoying the usual atmosphere and high-quality service you’ve come to expect when you visit Banyers House.

Terms and Conditions
The OakPods must be booked in advance.
The OakPods are available to book 7 days a week from midday until close.
A minimum spend for is required as part of the reservation of the OakPod for the following days: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday and Father’s Day.
If minimum spend is not met, the difference must be paid.
A minimum spend of £180 is applicable on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday and Father’s Day.
The minimum spend of £500 is applicable on Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
On all other days there is no minimum spend requirement.
An authorisation payment is required to secure the booking of an OakPod. Card authorisations do not take payment or hold the money from the account. All information is kept securely on file.

Authorisation of card details and reservation of an OakPod confirms you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of booking.
Payment of minimum spend will only be taken from the card in the event of a no-show for the booking.
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the time of arrival. Cancellations after this time or in the event of a no-show, the card on file will be charged difference between the deposit and the minimum spend requirement for the reservation. Please note, this excludes Christmas Day where the standard Christmas Day terms & conditions override the above.
At times of inclement weather, the decision may be taken by the team to transfer your booking inside. We will do our best to contact you in advance to make you aware of the change to your booking should this occur.
Please note unfortunately, our OakPods are not wheelchair accessible.
